FAQ 1: What is the difference between the Text Reverser and the "Reverse a List" tool?
Answer: The Text Reverser flips the characters of your text. For example, "abc" becomes "cba". The "Reverse a List" tool instead changes the order of the lines or items in a list while keeping each item's characters unchanged.

FAQ 2: What does "Line-by-line Mode (Reverse each line separately)" do?
Answer: When ticked, each line is reversed on its own and the lines keep their original order. When unticked, the whole text is reversed, which also flips the order of the lines. The checkbox is unticked by default.

FAQ 3: Does the tool also reverse numbers, symbols and punctuation?
Answer: Yes. Every character is reversed, including digits, symbols, punctuation and spaces, exactly as they appear in the input.

FAQ 4: Are empty lines preserved in the line-by-line mode?
Answer: Yes. In the line-by-line mode every line, including empty ones, is reversed on its own, so the number of lines stays the same and empty lines remain empty.

FAQ 5: Is my text sent to a server?
Answer: No. The reversing is done on your own device in the browser, and nothing you enter is transmitted to, or stored on, any server.
